Rhiannan specialises in the protection of Trade Marks in a wide variety of industries including, clothing, food and beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. As a Trade Marks Attorney, she enjoys working with innovative clients in a wide range of industries and assisting them with protecting their trade mark rights in Australia, New Zealand and many other countries around the world.

Rhiannan has over 10 years’ experience as a Trade Marks Attorney and her practice includes assisting clients with adopting new brands, conducting clearance searches, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, maintaining trade mark watches, opposition and removal proceedings, as well as trade mark enforcement and dispute resolution.
Rhiannan started in the IP Industry in 2006 at Cullens (now Spruson & Ferguson) doing both patent and trade mark work. However, she always found the Trade Marks sector of the IP industry more appealing. This led to her studying to become registered as a Trade Marks Attorney in 2011.

When Rhiannan is not working, she takes any opportunity to travel and explore the world.
